Acronomicon is made and run by Rainbow Moose, operated by Skye Baxter. By playing Acronomicon or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to play Acronomicon.
You can play as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Usernames can't impersonate someone else or break the rules in section 4. We may change a username that breaks these rules.
Phrases, chat messages, usernames, and profile pictures are all seen by other players. Don't post anything illegal; anything that harasses, threatens, or bullies someone; hate speech or anything that attacks people for who they are; sexual content involving minors; other people's personal information; or spam. Don't cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with other players' games.
Room hosts choose a content setting: Clean, R-rated, or Anything. R-rated and Anything rooms may include crude or adult humor. Check a room's setting before you join.
Players can report phrases and other players. We review reports. If you break these rules, we may remove your content, remove you from a game, or block your connection from Acronomicon.
You keep ownership of the phrases and messages you write. By submitting them, you give us permission to show them to other players and, for winning phrases, on leaderboards. If you upload a profile picture, you must have the right to use it.
Cosmetics are digital items for use inside Acronomicon. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and are tied to your account. They stay available to you as long as Acronomicon runs and your account is in good standing. If your account is closed for breaking these terms, you lose access to your cosmetics.
Payments on the web are processed by Stripe. If you buy through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's terms and refund rules also apply.
If a purchase doesn't show up or you bought something by mistake, email us within 14 days and we'll sort it out.
Acronomicon is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. We may change features, take the game down for maintenance, or shut it down. If we ever shut it down, we'll give notice on this site first.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using Acronomicon. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
